For this reason, this Code of Conduct (hereinafter, the “Code”) has been drawn up, with the target to defy the standards of integrity and fairness that Alsystems has voluntarily chosen to adopt, as a commitment to its stakeholders.
In the event of a discrepancy between the principles expressed in the Code and the local regulations in the countries in which the group operates, the strictest provisions shall still apply.
